Day 4 - lucky
14 years ago I picked up Zelda from an animal shelter, and I think she still sees herself as a very lucky kitten.
On the picture she sits on the sofa watching TV together with Daniel. She doesn't hear anything nowadays, but the purring tells she is satisfied. :-)
Day 2 - I made this!
My first try at making macarons. They turned out pretty good looking, but as they came from a mixture box they tasted a little funny. Next time I'll be baking from scratch.
Anyway, these were quite popular when we brought them with us to celebrate dad's birthday. :-)
Day 28 - upside down
Linus brother Ville is visiting tonight. We played a lot, and suddenly Ville brought out a couple of crowns to dress up himself and Daniel with.
Day 27 - playing
Daniels parents picked up Linus after school today, and then they went home to play before we got there after work.
Linus and grandma had used the sewing machine to create "Legolas" (notice the bow on his back). :-)
Day 26 - quiet
When Ebba has fallen asleep in the sofa it gets very quiet. Reluctantly she goes out one last time, and then curls up in her very own chair to sleep for the night.
Day 25 - on your bedside table
Usually my bedside table looks like this, but without the "get-rid-of-the-cold" accessories. :-/ Hope it will be back to normal soon!
Day 24 cloud
Suddenly the all grey sky cracked open and some blue was visible among the clouds.
Day 23 - a word
Best word describing an ice cream taste; strawberries. :-)
We had a fabulous dinner. Daniel prepared a filé of beef that melted in the mouth and afterwards we had this delicious ice cream. Yum!
Day 22 - makes you smile
Zelda and Ebba always makes me smile, especially when they try to beg together at the kitchen counter.
Day 20 - where you stood
Standing all day at my desk at work. I'm lucky to have an adjustable desk to alternate between standing and sitting.
Day 19 - I am...
.. at the gym. It is Tuesday and every Tuesday and Thursday lunch we go to the gym. When sitting at an office desk all day it is necessary to actually use the body sometimes. :-)
Day 18 - something you don't like
We had some degrees above zero this morning and immediately there were slush and puddles everywhere. When it is winter I want it cold and snowy all the time! ;-)
Day 17 - in your hand
Ebbas paw in my hand.
She is very careful about her paws and watched me with big eyes as I took the photo.
Day 16 - perfect
Kind of a perfect day. We went to Åtvidaberg where we first did some sledding at the snow-covered golf course, had lunch and then skated on the lake.
Skating was really fun. I probably haven't skated in 15 years but after a couple of minutes it felt like, well maybe not yesterday, but at least last year. :-P Linus also did very well. He learned to skate last year, and now we went for a 2 km round.
Day 15 - inside your fridge
There's lots of stuff, especially as this is a week when Linus is here.
Day 14 - love is...
Love is my family. Today Daniel and I celebrated our fourth anniversary as engaged. We had a nice dinner and then watched Linus choice of movie; Harry Potter.
Day 13 - walking
Today was rather grey but still cold. Ebba wears her overall and is very happy about it.
Day 12 - where you ate lunch
We go to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at lunchtime, and afterwards we eat at the canteen at work.
Sometimes we bring leftovers and sometimes we buy food at the kiosk. Either way it tastes good with food after the workout.
Day 11 - entrance
The sun is making its entrance and we will hopefully see it through the day.

Day 10 - 3 o'clock
Right after 3 o'clock Linus and his brother Ville arrived at our house. Linus to spend a week with dad and me, Ville to spend a couple of hours while mum and dad went to the gym.
Linus sat down at the computer and Ville was curious to see what he did. Also the cat decided to join as there was a possibility to get some cuddle. :-)
Day 9 - guilty pleasure
I just love sparkling wine. Sparkling or champagne, as long as there are bubbles I'm happy.
... but the real stuff do add some glamour (and taste!), can't deny that.. ;-)
Day 8 - something orange
Ruby oranges in our fruit basket. They will bring us lots of healthy C-vitamins.

My ID badge for work. My name is written with the kind of funny Ericsson font.
Day 6 - soft
A little late home as I joined a couple of friends at the pub. Soft Zelda uses a paw to tell me she wants a food refill.
Day 5 - something you smelled
Nespresso coffee in the evening. Freshly brewed it smells really good.
Day 4 - hope
I've got this candle light holder, in the shape of a pair of hands, from my parents.
Lighting it always makes me feel cared for, and it also brings hope in some way.
Day 3 - something beginning with 'E'
Our loved boxer girl Ebba. She has just got a new blanket on her very own sofa.
Day 2 - pattern
Fun on the ice at our walk with Ebba. There were lots of interesting patterns in the ice, and together with Linus I really had a close look.
Day 31 - yourself
This is what we do almost every day. Ebba and myself on a walk.
The good thing right now is that we almost get sunshine at 16:15. The sun has set, but it is still light. In a few weeks we'll have the sun still up for our walks. :-)
Day 30 - down

Day 27 - sun
There were no sun at all today, only grey skies. So this was what provided most light today, the ceiling light in the living room.
Day 26 - together
Daniel and I together in the car, on our way home from a visit to the neighboring town Norrköping.
I'm trying to look into the camera and at the same time keeping an eye on the road. It was not easy, but we got home safe. :-)
Day 25 - landscape
On our way home again after the visit to Korsberga and the house factory. The temperature is around -15°C, yesterday morning we had -20°.
Day 24 - stripes
The table tablett at lunch. We are visiting the factory where our house will be made, and are getting both information and a look around. At night we also got a really good dinner!
Day 23 - electric
We visited Daniels parents today and enjoyed raclette grill for dinner.
It is both quite tasty and a lot of fun. Thin slices of beef are grilled on top of the warm stone and below we melted cheese to go with the beef. Yum!
Day 22 - corner
Some lack of inspiration for this one.. Anyway, right before bedtime I decided to use the glass tiling behind our stove as today's picture. There are lots of corners here!
Day 21 - what you do
Some days it feels like all I do at work is moving post-it notes around (and writes e-mails). Other days it is quite fun. :-)
Day 20 - something you saw
We went looking for tiling ideas for the new house. There are lots of possibilities, one more expensive than the other...
Day 19 - delicious
Swiss cheese fondue for dinner. The warm cheese really fits on this cold day, and it is truly delicious.
Day 18 - shadow
Shadows from the whisky in the glass. We are in Åtvidaberg visiting Linus grandparents and kicking off the weekend.
Day 16 - two things
Irish coffee to warm up a little. Yesterday we got more snow, today the temperature began to fall. Brr..
Day 15 - an ordinary moment
As ordinary as it gets; every day after work we take a walk with Ebba. Today we walked in snowfall and despite the sun already setting it was bright and easy to find our way. Although a bit hard to make new tracks in the snow.
Day 14 - something yellow
Linus brother Ville is visiting today again, and we are playing with the lego toys.
