I'm sorry for being a lousy commenter right now. I came down with some kind of flu after our trip, and everything takes forever to accomplish.

So, here are some of the photos that were left after the trip. We began Friday with a visit to the Senckenberg Naturmuseum. It was very interesting, and they had a cool exhibition with dinosaur skeletons. Very impressive.

We continued with lunch at the restaurant Die Kuh die lacht, and had delicious hamburgers.

Daniel and Linus outside the underground station, and in front of the Hauptwache.

At the underground, waiting for the train to the Zoo. I think these photos are the ones I am most sorry for have lost. The Zoo was very beautiful, and it was so exciting to visit a Zoo when it is not summer-time. Lots of the animals were inside, and you got great close-up views from them.

The most impressive was the Giraffes; I've never stood so close to them on the ground, looking up at the heads. Also the house of the night-active animals was fascinating. Hope we can go here again!

Then we continued to the Main Tower for a view of the city. The weather was a little grey, but a lot warmer than we have at home, so it was rather pleasant walking around.

Daniel and Linus, just a block away from Main Tower.

At night we checked in at the Radisson Blu. After all the fuss with reporting the loss of the camera, we decided to not let this ruin the trip completely, so we had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant.

  3. hope you are feeling better soon!

Is there now way to get the DSLR back? Maybe you could contact a lost-property office in Frankfurt if there was a hones finder?

    All my fingers crossed
