The season for Swedish strawberries is very short, only about 4-6 weeks, and then we have to relay on foraign ones (that of course doesn't taste as good as the Swedish ones! ;-) So we try to eat as much as we can while they are here. I love to have mine with ice cream but Daniel prefer to just have some honey on his.
Our strawberry season is also right now (Ontario, Canada) and like you we try to get as much as we can :)
