Day 355



There are lots of preparations ongoing right now for Christmas. Tonight we made another kind of Christmas candy; chocolate toffee with salt. It may sound a little strange, but it actually very tasty with the dark chocolate and salt.

The picture is right after we have boiled it and poured it to chill. Tomorrow it will be cut into pieces and wrapped individually in paper.

  3. That actually sounds delicious to me! I like food to have not just one flavor, but multiple flavors. Here in the U.S. we sometimes have salted caramel candies, or salted taffy.
