Day 78

Ebba is back with me again, and we took a long walk this afternoon. This picture is taken from the same spot as day 25.

Daniel is in Stockholm on a course, and Ebba is welcome company! When I was little I was very frightened of the dark, and that quite hasn't let go of me yet today. The cats are no help at all, they are super-nervous and sees both existing and non-existing things! But with Ebba in the house I'm completely ok. I know she would fight anyone trying to get in here, and she does a great job with the ghosts in my closet/head. :)

  3. Love your picture for today!! Dogs are such a comfort! I know that no one is going to get through our doors with out confronting Lexie. She may not look like much but she is very protective.

  5. Beautiful! Your dog is so gorgeous. I know what you mean. I find it comforting to have a dog in the house. My husband works shifts and is often gone at night. It's nice to know that the noises I hear sometimes are just in my head. If they were real the dog would bark. Mind you sometimes she thinks she hears stuff that isn't there and scares the life out of me lol.

  8. Its amazing that there are so many girls they feel the like me in the darkness. However we don't have a dog so I have to count on my cat ... (I'm not sure she would bite anyone or scare someone ...).
