To read for someone is a wonderful ritual. We did the same every evening for years. But since Alina is able to read on her own this ritual drop off slowly.
Wow, this is such a sweet photo...I love how your sons eyes are closed already...or at least they looked closed :) Does it seriously only take one book? I read to my oldest daugther every night and it usually takes at least 5 or more books before she's good to go to bed, and even then she usually says "one more" :)
Erika...this is such a beautiful shot of such a sweet and tender moment. I loved reading each night to my boys, and I wish that I had photos of it! The lighting is lovely here, and I love the softness of the photo!
What precious times. I read to my daughter until she was about ten--we read so many classics. Those were special times together and we still talk about all the books we read. Wonderful picture.
